Challenge groups

Here we aim to launch executive level challenge groups focusing on a specific common issue. These are small (representatives from about 5 organisations) knowledge sharing groups facilitated by a “coach” and with  occasional guests to inspire or trigger the dialogue. We estimate the groups meet approximately 5 times per course. We are prepared to fund the development and take a significant part of the market risk. Presented proposals need to establish a credible plan and experience regarding development, marketing and sales, and execution of challenge groups aimed for the professional executive market. Pan-European coverage, including at least two partners, are probably required. The  concept should be possible to expand in both volume and topics. The commercial agreement will most probably be a revenue share model.
